An encounter where we will allow ourselves to travel, with our eyes closed, going through an intuitive perception work through our body, movement, hearing, being …

Without great labels or “maps” to follow, a space of deep surrender and connection with yourself will be created, finding the authentic dance without any necessary forms, being present and listening to what is true “today” for each one of us.

10:00 Workshop - The Poet in you - Neo One Eon

It’s said that poetry isn’t for everyone, almost like an unattainable gift. The workshop “The poet in you” suggests the opposite: that every human being can be a potential poet, that there is poetry in each and every one of us simply waiting to be discovered and explored. Developed and taught by the writer, songwriter and poet Neo One Eon, this workshop has light and fun group dynamics, which relax and at the same time encourage the participant’s creativity. Neo believes that poetry is like a dormant energy that, once awakened, becomes an inexhaustible source of inspiration for a person’s daily life. So here’s the invitation: awaken the poet in you!

11:30 Workshop - Homo Ludens Estéticus - Prahlad

Homo Ludens Estéticus is a pedagogy of individual and collective self-knowledge through cooperative play and artistic expression consisting of a series of workshops. Through movement, playfulness and the trait of the arts we come to experience ourselves in other ways of projecting and conceiving ourselves in relation to others and to our environment. From different sequences of experimental exercises such as moving your body to the rhythm of different melodic sounds, collective-cooperative games and multiple traces of painting and drawing, we come back to see, imagine and inhabit ourselves so we can be re-created in the dynamic flow of the everyday life.

11:30 Workshop Permaculture

Permaculture is a holistic design system, based on three ethics; care of the earth, care for people and fair shares of resources. The aim of permaculture is to design effective and resilient systems which meet human needs that support, include, and enhance nature in all aspects.

Permaculture is also a worldview that sees people as one element of the ecosystem  and recognizes our responsibility to all living creature by aiming for sustainability in all different aspects of life: socially, environmentally, economically, spiritually. It gives us the tools and opportunity to take responsibilities for our actions and take a role as caretakers of Mother Nature and our own humanity.

This workshop offers an interactive introduction to the world of permaculture, and it’s lead by some youth members of an international “Youth in Permaculture” project with some “elders” from the Ananda Kalyani Master Unit.

There will be a short theoretical part with an introduction to the topic and the projects. After there will be practical part and you will learn some ways to apply permaculture in food production and how it’s implemented in the Ananda Kalyani Master Unit project.
